Family Day – Closed

We will be closed Monday, February 17th for Family Day. Normal hours resume on Tuesday, February 18th. Thank you.

As the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end. After 44 years Elaine and I have decided to retire. It's been a wild ride, and the people of Edmonton and surrounding areas have supported us since the very beginning, and for that we thank you. Our idea of a small "High End Audio Shop" was embraced by both customers and our suppliers alike far beyond our expectations. Unfortunately, we all age and there comes a point we cannot perform at the level we and our customers are accustomed to. As you might have noticed, "FOR LEASE" signage has been put outside our building, but we will keep operating until someone else leases the premises. It could be a few months or it could be into next year. We are uncertain. Having said that, as they say in the retail business — EVERYTHING MUST GO. If you've had your eye on a certain piece of equipment, now is the time to act. We will be making gear available to our customers in the Edmonton area first, and as we get closer to the end, it will be put on the internet. Needless to say there will be great savings to those interested. Once again, our heartfelt thanks to everyone that supported us over the years.

P.S. A not so secret secret. Don't be surprised if sometime in the New Year an AUDIO ARK V2 opens, under new but very familiar ownership. Smaller, more streamlined, dedicated to the faithful reproduction of recorded music.
